Job Summary:
Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) position in Fort Smith, Arkansas. This role involves providing specialized perioperative nursing care in a surgical environment, with a focus on CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) and Vascular OR experience. Candidates are required to bring their Arkansas licensure on the first day.

• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with EPIC Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with hospital policies, standards of practice, and regulatory requirements. The role includes preparing supplies for surgical procedures, accurately documenting patient data, and collaborating with the surgical team. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in perioperative assessments and interventions specific to cardiovascular and vascular surgeries.
