Job Details

• Location: Lawrence, Massachusetts
• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: MA License, BLS certification, 0 years of experience required, minimum of BSN, MSN preferred.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday during business hours with flexible start and end times; no weekends or night shifts. Minimum hours per week: 40 hours.
• Required Qualifications: Valid MA license, BLS certification, minimum of BSN degree, 5 years RN experience (preferred), 0 years of experience (minimum).
• Additional Information: Provides educational consultation, facilitates planning, and evaluates education programs; participates in new employee orientation; collaborates with local nursing schools; manages the Simulation Lab including scenario creation, equipment maintenance, and data collection on learning outcomes. Certifications in professional development, education, or specialty areas are a bonus but not required. Projects are generally broad-based unless specialty-specific capabilities are present.
