Job Details

• Location: Casper, Wyoming
• Shift: Days, 12-hour shift hours, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice, or a temporary/interim RN license, or valid compact RN licensure for the current state of practice; BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required; minimum of one year experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher; professional certification related to medical-surgical nursing preferred.
• Additional Information: Employees working at certain designated facilities must possess and maintain the appropriate state-specific Fingerprint Clearance Card, including Arizona and Colorado where applicable.
• Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, direct patient care, interdisciplinary coordination, documentation, and participation in quality improvement activities. Knowledge of clinical standards and evidence-based practices is essential.
• The role involves interaction with patients, families, and healthcare team members, ensuring continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.
