Job Summary:
The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) nurse position is located in Seattle, Washington. This role involves providing specialized neonatal care in a Level III or Level IV NICU setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The position starts on June 29, 2026, and offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic neonatal environment.

Job Details:

• Location: Seattle, Washington

• Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in NICU with Level III or IV certification; valid license; BLS (Basic Life Support); NRN (Neonatal Resuscitation Program); proficiency in administration of blood and blood products, central line care, neonatal feeding protocols, ventilator management (including CPAP/BiPAP), and neonatal procedures; Epic EMR experience preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Charge nurse experience, familiarity with high-risk deliveries, neonatal surgeries, and advanced neonatal equipment.
• Float: May be required to float to Peds, PICU, Issaquah, or Edmonds when needed, with assigned newborns and infants only.
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include attending high-risk deliveries, managing neonatal emergencies, and performing specialized neonatal procedures, including therapeutic hypothermia and ventilator management. The unit has a daily census of approximately 50 neonates and operates with a team of interdisciplinary support staff.
• Submission Requirements: Two references covering at least one year within the last three years, during the compliance process and prior to start. References may include Charge RNs or Lead RNs.
