Job Summary:
Radiation Oncology Nurse in Lebanon, New Hampshire. This role involves providing patient assessments, assisting with treatments and procedures, patient education, and follow-up in an ambulatory radiation oncology department. The position supports both inpatient and outpatient care, ensuring high-quality treatment and patient safety.

Job Details:

• Shift Time: Days
• Schedule: 8-hour shift, 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent, at least 1 year of nursing experience, located within the state of New Hampshire or willing to commute, and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in oncology or radiation therapy nursing, certification in oncology nursing (OCN), proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, and knowledge of radiation safety procedures
• Additional Information: The Radiation Oncology Unit is an ambulatory department that provides treatment for both inpatient and outpatient populations. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for patient assessments, assisting with treatments and procedures, patient education, and follow-up care. This role requires adherence to established standards of care and safety protocols.
