Description

Job Summary:
Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position located in LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas. This role involves providing specialized care in the pediatric intensive care setting and may require occasional floating to other critical care units such as Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU), Intermediate Care Unit (IMU), or Burn Intensive Care Unit. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

  • Job Type: Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) RN
  • Location: LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas
  • Schedule: 12-hour day shifts
  • Minimum Experience: 0 years
  • Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
  • Float: Float rotation may be required.
  • Required Qualifications:
    • Active Arkansas or Compact RN license
    • 3 years of recent Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) experience
    • Prior travel experience (1-2 assignments)
    • Recent Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience with EPIC
    • BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certifications
    • Must pass FIT test (no facial hair unless for religious beliefs)
  • Additional Information:
    • Auto offer with 3 days or less of Required Time Off (RTO)
    • Travel is required for this assignment
