Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Progressive Cardiac Care Unit (PCU) in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role involves providing specialized care to patients with cardiac conditions in a fast-paced environment. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of their assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; Nursing degree or diploma; Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; 0 years of experience required
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a cardiac care or progressive care unit is a plus
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The nurse will operate in a highly acute care environment, managing patients with conditions such as Heart Failure, Acute Coronary Syndrome/Myocardial Infarction, post-cardiac catheterization, arrhythmias, pacemaker/defibrillator placement, pre-surgical cases (VAD, transplant, CABG), pulmonary hypertension, and cardiac medications. The unit is Joint Commission Certified and provides a supportive, team-oriented environment.
