Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor Nurse in Anderson, Indiana. This position involves providing bedside care on a 21-bed orthopedics and medical-surgical unit. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The role includes floating to the medical, telemetry, and progressive care units as needed, with a schedule of 12-hour days and a minimum of 36 hours per week.

Job Details:

• Location: Anderson, Indiana
• Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, zero years of experience needed, relevant certifications (if applicable), and educational background in nursing
• Additional Information: Unit type is orthopedics/medical-surgical, with patient populations including total joint replacement, general surgery, urology, chest pain observation, pancreatitis, osteomyelitis, and cellulitis. The role requires participation in an every other weekend and holiday rotation. Candidates interested only in weekend shifts will be considered.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Responsibilities include patient care on the orthopedics/medical-surgical unit and floating to med/tele/PCU units as necessary.
