Job Summary:
The healthcare provider is seeking a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse (RN) for a position in McKinney, Texas. The role involves providing specialized care in a Level III NICU setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of the assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: McKinney, TX
• Unit: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
• Schedule: Night shifts, 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license only; current BLS and NRP certifications; minimum 0 years of experience; candidates must have at least 2 years of recent hospital or specialty experience, with Level III NICU experience preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Meditech electronic documentation system; ability to attend deliveries, including C-Sections; team player qualities.
• Additional Information:
  • Assignment length: 13 weeks
  • Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week
  • Patient ratios: 2:3
  • Floating policy: As needed
  • Dress code: Royal blue and/or white scrubs; include requirements regarding fingernail hygiene, hair and beard grooming, tattoos, and piercings
