Job Summary:
A Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in McKinney, Texas. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The role involves providing specialized care in a Level III NICU setting, supporting neonatal patients with a focus on quality and safety. The position features weekend shifts and a commitment of at least 36 hours per week.

Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license, 2+ years of hospital/specialty experience, Level III NICU experience, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification, and the ability to attend deliveries including C-Sections.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Meditech electronic documentation system, team player attitude.
• Certifications: RN, BLS, NRP
• Dress Code: Royal blue and/or white scrubs; nails must be clean and healthy with no artificial or gel nails; hair should be neat and pulled back if shoulder-length or longer; tattoos should be covered whenever possible; visible piercings other than earrings are prohibited.
