Job Summary:
Home Healthcare Nurse in Lincolnton, North Carolina. This position involves providing home health services to patients in various areas, including patient assessments, wound care, IV infusions, and other clinical duties. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Lincolnton, North Carolina
• Schedule: Weekdays Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Minimum 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Driver's License and proof of Insurance; BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; 1 year of Home Health experience; proficiency with charting in Homecare Homebase (HCHB); ability to drive at night
• Additional Information:
  • Teammates will travel throughout various areas
  • Scrub color: Navy
  • Visit scheduling is performed the day prior to patient visits
  • Cancelled appointments do not count as visit equivalents
  • A phone is provided for documentation and calls
  • No company car will be available
