Job Summary:
The dialysis unit registered nurse (RN) position is located in Burlington, Vermont. The role involves providing outpatient dialysis care to chronic renal patients, with a commitment to a 13-16 week assignment. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, including at least 1 year of outpatient dialysis experience; EPIC electronic medical record experience within the past 2 years is non-negotiable.
• Schedule: Shifts will vary between 8, 9, 10, and 12 hours; the shift hours are from 9 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Assignment flexibility is necessary, with shifts including weekends, no block schedules, and bi-weekly orientation sessions. Candidates must have reliable transportation, as public transportation is not accessible; personal or rental vehicles with all-season or snow tires are strongly recommended from November to April.
