Job Summary:
The healthcare professional specializing in Emergency Room (ER) care is needed in Arlington Heights, Illinois. This position entails providing high-quality emergency nursing services in a busy ER environment. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Arlington Heights, Illinois

• Required Qualifications: Illinois license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS); 3-5 years of ER experience; minimum 0 years of total healthcare experience
• Schedule: 12-hour day shifts, start time 7 AM, 9 AM, or 11 AM, depending on needs; minimum of 36 hours per week, scheduled for 12 weeks
• Additional Information: Census typically around 180 patients daily, including many strokes and critically ill pediatric patients from nursing homes; team to patient ratio approximately 1:4 to 1:6; flexibility for as-needed weekend shifts and on-call requirements as needed; orientation scheduled for Tuesday, June 16, 2026, with 12 hours of billable orientation and 6 hours of non-billable orientation
