Job Summary:
Pediatric Floor Specialty Nurse in a healthcare setting. This position involves providing care on a 12-bed inpatient Acute Rehabilitation Pediatric Unit for patients ranging from newborn to young adult. The role requires working scheduled night shifts and prioritizing patient-centered care in a dynamic environment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 32 hours per week, consisting of 4 night shifts (11:00 PM 7:30 AM) per week, with every other weekend.
- Required Qualifications: License/Certificate verification, completion of MGB Resume and References Checklist/Testing, and MGB Skills Checklist and Candidate Submission Coversheet.
- Preferred Qualifications: Not specified.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The position involves caring for pediatric patients on a specialized inpatient unit, with responsibilities that include following hospital protocols, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
