Description

Job Summary:
The Labor and Delivery (L&D) registered nurse (RN) position is based in Moses Lake, Washington. This role involves caring for obstetric patients in a dynamic department, providing both clinical care and care management. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, maintaining critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

  • Location: Moses Lake, Washington
  • Specialty: Labor and Delivery Department (L&D)
  • Shift: Days, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; current Washington State RN Licensure; Healthcare Provider (HCP) Level of Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire; AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification to be obtained within 6 months of hire and renewed every 2 years; American Academy of Pediatrics Neonatal Resuscitation Program (AAP NRP) certification required prior to the end of orientation and renewed every 2 years; AWHONN s Intermediate Fetal Monitoring course within 3 months of L&D training and renewed every 2 years; minimum one year of RN experience preferred for specialty departments; up to date certifications and education requirements as listed.
  • Preferred Qualifications: RN-C in specialty preferred.
  • Additional Information: There will be up to 24 hours of call off available to the facility at no cost during the course of the assignment.
