Job Summary:
The position is for a Certified Operating Room Technician at a healthcare facility located in Sparks, Nevada. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The role involves assisting with surgical procedures across various specialties, sterilizing surgical equipment, and preparing case carts. The schedule is dayshift starting at 6:30 AM, working four days a week for 10 hours each. The assignment duration is from 06/22/2026 to 07/27/2026.

Job Details:

• Certifications required include Certified Surgical Technologist (CST), National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA), and Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Education requirement: High School diploma.
• Experience required: Minimum of three years in an operating room setting.
• Schedule: Days, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional responsibilities include assisting surgeons during procedures, sterilizing equipment, and assembling case carts.
• On-call duties are required.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Candidates with experience in Level 1 Trauma centers, extensive travel experience, and familiarity with various surgical specialties are preferred.
