Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Milton, Massachusetts. This assignment is for night shifts, requiring candidates to have a valid Massachusetts license (or temporary license) at the time of submission. Candidates must bring their license on the first day. This role involves providing high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced environment, with specific testing and certification requirements to be completed prior to start.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, every other weekend, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Start Date: July 7, 2026
• Required Qualifications:
  • Valid Massachusetts license or temporary license at time of submission
  • 2+ years of experience as an ER RN
  • Certifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) at submission
  • Must pass telemetry electrocardiogram (ECG) test and medications test on day one of orientation with a passing score of at least 85%.
  • Must be able to start on the specified start date.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification
  • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
• Additional Information:
  • Must have no local travelers and reside more than 50 miles from the facility.
  • BILH coversheet required at the time of submission.
  • No requested time off will be approved (No RTO).
  • One orientation per month; candidates must be available for testing within 48 hours of confirmation and complete testing within one week.
  • Candidates must provide dates and times available for interview at submission, separated by at least six months for consideration.
  • NO opportunity for remediation or re-sit of the telemetry ECG or medications tests.
