Job Summary
Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) position in Sylva, North Carolina. This opportunity involves working within the operating room unit of an acute care facility, providing surgical patient care across various specialties including orthopedics, general surgery, Urology, Gynecology, ENT, pain management, and dental. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts; Wednesday through Friday
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; minimum of 1 year of recent operating room experience, including at least one travel assignment; experience with C-Sections, Orthopedics, General Surgery, Urology, Gynecology, ENT (pediatrics and adult), Pain Management, and Dental (pediatrics).
• Additional Information: Utilizes the Paragon Electronic Health Record system. The unit features equipment including Hana table, trauma table, enseal, myosure, novasure, kabtec, and neoprobe. The unit has 7 beds with a patient ratio of 1:1.
