Job Summary:
An ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Registered Nurse position is available in Simi Valley, California. The role involves delivering specialized nursing care for critically ill patients in a high-acuity environment. This position requires the candidate to bring their license on the first day of work and adhere to established standards of care and the nursing process.

Job Details:

• Location: Simi Valley, California
• Schedule: Nights, 36-48 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree (BSN) preferred; two years high acuity ICU experience preferred; Registered Nurse licensure in California required; CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required; National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required.
• Preferred Qualifications: ICU experience in an acute care facility.
• Additional Information: The nurse will collect relevant patient data, analyze assessment information, develop and implement care plans, and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure safe and effective patient care. The role includes participating in discharge planning and delegating duties appropriately.
