Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS Tele) Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. The organization is seeking qualified candidates to provide nursing care on a 3x12s rotating shift schedule. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Lake Havasu City, AZ
• Specialty: Medical Surgical with Telemetry
• Schedule: 3x12s rotating shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license; Certifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN); Years of Experience: at least 2 years of recent acute care experience; Location Requirements: candidates must be 60 miles or greater from the facility; Must have skills in telemetry, recent acute care experience, and the ability to handle a 6 patient ratio; Travel experience is preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: At least 2 years RN experience; preceptor and charge nurse experience is a plus.
• Float: Float rotation may be required to other units such as Intensive Care Medical (IMC) or Emergency Department (ED).
• Additional Information: This position requires compassionate and positive personality traits, with a can-do attitude. The unit provides care for adult and geriatric patient populations, including total joint and surgical patients, those with acute on chronic medical conditions such as congestive heart failure (CHF), chronic kidney disease (CKD), alcohol withdrawal, Systemic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (SIRS), gastrointestinal bleeding (GIB), and acute coronary syndrome (ACS). The organization offers a community-focused environment with outdoor recreation opportunities and a regional referral center with a Level Trauma 3 designation.
