Description

Job Summary:
Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in Seaside, Oregon. The role involves providing skilled home health care services to adult patients, including assessments, wound care, medication management, and infection control. Candidates must have at least one year of skilled home health experience and be able to bring their license on the first day. The schedule consists of 8-hour day shifts starting on 07/13/2026. Local candidates within a 50-75 mile radius are encouraged to apply.

Job Details:

  • Location: Seaside, Oregon
  • Shift: 8 hours, Day shift from 07/13/2026
  • Required Qualifications: 1 year of skilled home health experience, active BLS certification, Oregon state nursing license, and minimum of 0 years of experience if applicable.
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Schedule: 8 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours weekly
  • Additional information: Traveler is expected to have their own transportation. The role involves occasional travel within roughly 60 miles per day, with minimized windshield time due to efficient client grouping. System utilizes EPIC for charting remotely on a laptop and Rover on a phone app, along with Oasis.
  • Experience & Skills: Adult home health assessments, wound care, medication management, use of pain scales, infection control, medication administration (intradermal, intramuscular, intravenous, subcutaneous), PCA pump management, and start of care procedures.
  • Submission Requirements: Provide three interview times, confirm phone number, list any time-off requests, indicate previous experience with Oasis, and include 2 references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years.
  • Additional Conditions: Candidate must have reliable transportation and be willing to float between facilities within the state. Vaccinations for COVID-19 (including booster) are required.
