Job Summary:
Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Step Down care in Nashville, Tennessee. This position involves providing high-acuity nursing care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced unit. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

- Required Qualifications: Active nursing license; Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS); Successful completion of a proctored rhythm test; Successful completion of a National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS); Zero years of experience minimum
- Additional Information: Unit type: Step Down; Staff to patient ratio of 3:1; Patient diagnoses include chest pain, post kidney transplant, acute renal failure, congestive heart failure, gastrointestinal bleed, pneumonia, myocardial infarction, pulmonary disease (with or without mechanical ventilation), thoracic and/or other surgical procedures with comorbidities, drug and/or alcohol withdrawal. Candidates will be expected to adhere to facility-specific policies and procedures, including those related to rapid response and emergency protocols.
