Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN), Progressive Care Unit (PCU), located in Wyoming, provides comprehensive patient care in a specialized clinical environment. The role involves assessing patient needs, formulating and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient responses to treatment. Candidates are required to bring their RN license on the first day of work.
Job Details
- Location: Casper, Wyoming
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Current, valid RN license in the state of practice or valid compact RN licensure; BLS certification; Experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months in the specialty area; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Additional Information:
- Must possess specific Fingerprint Clearance Cards depending on the facility location (Arizona or Colorado).
- Experience in assessment, care planning, implementation, and documentation aligned with professional nursing standards.
- Ability to respond quickly and appropriately in a direct patient care environment.
- Physical capacity to lift up to 75 pounds and perform tasks requiring physical agility.
- Effective communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking.
