Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Medical Surgical Floor - Pulaski, Tennessee. This position involves providing patient care in a medical/surgical setting on a night shift. The role requires candidates to bring their Tennessee RN or LPN license on the first day. The facility is located in Pulaski, TN, and candidates must be 60 miles or greater from the facility to be considered for travel assignments.

Job Details

• Location: Pulaski, Tennessee
• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certification/Licensure required to work as an RN or LPN/LVN in Tennessee; BLS; ACLS; PALS; 1-2+ years of Med/Surg experience; Tennessee RN or LPN license; valid certification before start date
• Preferred Qualifications: Med/Surg experience within specified unit preferred; professional personality fit; experience with Medhost electronic health record system; ability to float to medical detox, ICU, OB, or ER
• Additional Information: Orientation is weekly on Mondays; all clinical staff must be checked against the Tennessee Abuse Registry prior to start; unit staffed with unit secretary/monitor tech; patient ratios approximately 1:5; equipment includes Welch Allyn vital machines, Masimo bedside monitors, telemetry, Sara Stedy, ARJO lift; unit handles geriatric and adult patients, with a few pediatric patients per year.
