Job Summary
Surgical Technician Operating Room Loma Linda, CA. This position involves working in a busy surgical environment with at least 2-3 years of experience as a surgical technician. The role includes coverage of major cases such as cardiac (CABG, valve, dissection), trauma, vascular, neuro, orthopedic robotic, and general surgeries. Certification is preferred. The technician may participate in on-call duties during nights and weekends, with scheduled shifts lasting 12 hours during the day shift.

Job Details

• Shift: Days, 12 hours per shift.
• Schedule: 12 hours day shift with on-call responsibilities, including 1 weeknight per week and 48 hours on weekends.
• Required Qualifications: Certification as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) is preferred. Candidates should have at least 2-3 years of experience. Experience in cardiac surgeries, trauma, vascular, neuro, orthopedic robotic, and general cases is required, with at least 1-2 years' experience for cardiac cases.
• Preferred Qualifications: CST certification.
• Additional Information: The work involves fulfilling call duties on nights and weekends at least twice a month. The role requires working a minimum of 36 hours per week. No float rotation is required for this position.
