An orthopaedic surgical technologist specializing in the operating room is sought for a position in Lincoln, Colorado. This travel opportunity requires candidates to bring their license on the first day. The role involves supporting procedures such as total joints, sports injuries, podiatry, plastics, and general orthopedics within a busy surgical unit.

Job Details:

• Location: Lincoln, Colorado
• Unit type: Operating Room (OR)
• Shift: Days, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current acute care Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) experience of at least 1 year; active National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTA) and Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) certifications; candidates must possess an active licensure and meet educational criteria.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in total joints, general, podiatry, sports medicine, orthopedics, and spine procedures is advantageous.
• Additional Information: All travelers are required to float to any surgery center within 25 miles as needed. The unit utilizes paper EMR or SIS systems, with a focus on patient care excellence and flexibility from staff.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
