Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Douglasville, Georgia. This role involves providing essential care to neonatal patients in a fast-paced environment, adhering to clinical standards and ensuring patient safety. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

  • Location: Douglasville, Georgia
  • Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, minimum 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications:
    • Licenses: RN - Registered Nurse (Single State) or RN - Multi-state Compact (RN-COMPACT)
    • Certifications: BLS - Basic Life Support, NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Program (or equivalent proof within 180 days), all certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated
    • Education: Completion of accredited/approved school of nursing with requisition clinical hours
    • Experience: Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience
    • Skills: Ability to read, write, and speak English; proficient in basic computer skills; strong interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to respond effectively to emergencies; excellent time management; evidence-based nursing practice and critical thinking skills
  • Additional Information:
    • Shift: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, minimum 36 hours per week
    • Float: Float rotation may be required
