Job Summary:
A registered nurse specializing in labor and delivery (L&;D), postpartum, and antepartum care is sought in Neptune, New Jersey. This position involves evaluating patients, assisting physicians with patient care, and developing individualized plans of care in a predominantly postpartum nursing setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Neptune, New Jersey
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, three days per week, with every other weekend and holiday required
• Required Qualifications: ASN (Associate of Science in Nursing), New Jersey State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license, BLS (Basic Life Support) from the American Heart Association, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), minimum 3+ years of mother-baby experience, postpartum nursing experience preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
• Additional Information: Scrubs provided navy blue. The role emphasizes postpartum nursing over labor and delivery, with a focus on newborn care.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP required.
