Job Summary:
Hospice Nurse Manager in South Portland, Maine. This is a full-time home health position with an immediate start date. The role involves managing hospice care services, providing clinical support, and ensuring quality patient care. Candidates are required to bring their Maine RN license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: RN License for the State of Maine; BLS certification; 1-year experience in Home Health and Hospice; valid driver's license and own vehicle.
• Schedule: 5 (8) hour days, Monday through Friday, supporting a weekend and on-call rotation, with business hours from 8 AM to 5 PM; option for 4 (10) hour days depending on experience.

• Additional Information: The role involves driving from patient home to home, with support from a clinical manager and lead support team. Orientation is approximately one week. Holiday coverage is expected for major holidays. Scrub or business casual attire is required. No parking is provided at the patient's home, but onsite parking is available when stopping in for meetings and supplies.
