Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Neurological Intensive Care Unit (ICU NEURO) in Chico, California. The position involves providing specialized critical care for neuro and trauma patients, including those with ICP monitors, continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), and lumbar drains. • Required Qualifications: Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license, current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, at least 5 years of acute critical care experience, Level II trauma critical care experience, EPIC charting experience, previous traveler experience, and ability to care for neuro/trauma patients with ICP monitors, CRRT, and lumbar drains.
• Float: Critical Care Registered Nurse positions are required to float to other units as needed, including Cardiovascular Unit, Telemetry Care Unit, ICU/CCU, or Medical-Surgical units.
• Additional Information: The healthcare organization only accepts agency staff who are W-2 employees of their perspective agency. The position's urgency is normal.
