Description

Job Summary:
A registered nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery (L&D) at a healthcare facility in Saint Albans, Vermont. This position involves providing high-quality patient care in the Family Birth Center. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

Location: Saint Albans, Vermont
Specialty: Labor and Delivery Department
Shift Time: Nights (7:00 PM 7:00 AM), 36 hours per week, every other weekend
Required Qualifications: Licensure as a Vermont (VT) Registered Nurse (RN) or a multi-state compact RN license; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Intermediate or Advanced Electronic Fetal Heart Monitoring (EFM) course; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification; 3-4 years of experience as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse
Preferred Qualifications: PALS certification or proficiency/education in obstetric emergencies
Schedule: Night shifts, 36 hours per week, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, every other weekend
Additional Information: Experience and certifications are essential for optimal patient care in the obstetric setting.
