Description
Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse specializing in Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) is needed in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The role involves providing specialized patient care within the surgical services department. Candidates are required to bring their current nursing license on the first day of assignment. This is a full-time position, with shifts scheduled from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, utilizing four 10-hour rotating shifts.
Job Details:
- Location: Santa Fe, New Mexico
- Schedule: 4, 10-hour shifts per week, days only, with a start date of 07/27/2026
- Required Qualifications: Current New Mexico Registered Nurse (RN) license or current Compact state license; BLS (Basic Life Support) certification via AHA; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification via AHA; PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification via AHA; graduate of an accredited nursing program; knowledge appropriate to the patient demographic; less than or equal to 2 years of recent nursing experience; experience with EPIC electronic medical record system; ability to float within surgical services.
- Additional Information:
- Weekend requirement: 2 weekends per month, 12-hour shifts, call included
- On-call requirement: 1 night per week
- Floating to surgical services as needed
- Dress code: Graphite Grey Scrubs
