Job Summary:
The Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) position is located in Conroe, Texas, within a facility that provides comprehensive obstetric and neonatal care. This role involves supporting the delivery unit specializing in maternal and newborn health. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Conroe, Texas
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 7p-7a, every other week
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
• Start Date: 06/29/2026
• Required Certifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Fetal Monitoring, Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• Education/Experience: A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a registered nurse in Labor and Delivery
• Eligibility: Must submit a valid license to practice
• Float: Floating to Mother-Baby unit may be required; charge nurse is free from assignments
• Additional Information: Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, 3 shifts for shorter assignments. Unit utilizes electronic fetal monitoring systems; RNs are required to read their own strips using the Watch Child monitors.
• Support Staff & Equipment: In-house OB/Neonatologist and anesthesia available 24/7; surgical technicians on unit; no RT equipment such as vents, Cpap, BiPap used on this shift.
