Job Summary:
A registered nurse specializing in cardiac and telemetry care is needed for a step-down unit located in Bridgeport, West Virginia. The position involves providing care to cardiac patients, including post-procedure and post-operative cases, with a focus on critical care skills such as telemetry interpretation and drip titration. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Bridgeport, West Virginia
• Specialty: Step Down Unit (Cardiac/Tele)
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7 a.m. - 7 p.m. or 7 p.m. - 7 a.m.) with minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license; BLS (AHA) certification; 2 years of relevant experience; ability to titrate drips (heparin, insulin, nitro, etc.); experience with cardiac patients; ability to read and interpret telemetry strips; familiarity with EPIC electronic medical record system
• Additional Information: Staff work in the holiday rotation schedule alongside permanent staff
• Float: Float rotation may be required to other units as needed
