A Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) is sought for a facility located in Portage, Indiana. Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification prior to first shift; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification prior to first shift; minimum two (2) years of bedside clinical experience
• Additional Information: Initiates an ongoing systematic assessment of patients, develops nursing care plans, administers medications and IV drugs, documents patient information accurately, and participates in quality improvement activities. Demonstrates competency in various nursing skills and prioritizes patient safety. Maintains current licensure and continues professional development.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
