Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for a Medical Surgical Float Position in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This role involves providing patient-centered care across various units, ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.
Job Details:
- Location: Santa Fe, New Mexico
- Schedule: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM; minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Current New Mexico Registered Nurse license or valid Compact state license; active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification via the American Heart Association; active Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification via the American Heart Association; graduate of an accredited nursing program; relevant knowledge and skills appropriate to the patient population served; excellent communication skills; weekend work required; floating to various units required

- Float: Float rotation may be required
- Additional Information: The position is an ASAP start; candidates will work night shifts and must be flexible to float to different locations as needed. No on-call responsibilities are associated with this role.
