Description

Job Summary:
Home Healthcare RN position in Portland, Oregon. This role involves delivering skilled nursing care to adult patients in a home setting. Candidates are required to bring their licensure on the first day.

Job Details:

Certifications: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
Education and Experience: 1 year of skilled home health experience; Oregon and Washington licensure are required.
Location: Portland, Oregon
Schedule: 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
Shift: Day shift (8-hour days)
Patient Ratios: May visit up to 6 patients per day with a 1:1 ratio (standard productivity points).
Required Qualifications: Oregon and Washington licensure, BCLS certification, 1 year of skilled home health experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electronic charting using EPIC Remote Client and Rover/Oasis, adult home health experience, and wound care skills.
Additional Information: Travelers must have own transportation; facility minimizes drive time with patient grouping; maximum radius of approximately 60 miles per day. No on-call required. No weekend work required.
