Job Summary:
A Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Operating Room (OR) in Orange Park, Florida. The position involves providing direct patient care in a fast-paced surgery unit, with a focus on trauma, orthopedic, robotic, general, urology, gynecology, ENT, orthopedics, podiatry, maxillofacial, hand, vascular, and open heart procedures. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

• Shift Hours: 12 hours
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36.0 hours
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license in the state, minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, at least 1 year of Charge RN experience, certifications including TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course), BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support). Experience with Meditech electronic documentation system.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience performing procedures on a variety of surgical specialties, familiarity with unit-specific policies and guidelines, strong leadership skills for Charge RN responsibilities.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Candidates must have experience in trauma and surgical procedures, demonstrate leadership in charge nurse duties, and possess all required certifications to be considered for this role.
