Job Summary:
The healthcare professional is a registered nurse specializing in operating room (OR) procedures in McKinney, Texas. This travel assignment requires candidates to have at least one year of experience in the operating room, with specific skills in neuro and orthopedic/spine surgery. Candidates are expected to demonstrate a team-oriented and positive attitude and must bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Education, Degree, and Experience Requirements: No minimum experience specified but at least 1 year of operating room experience required; candidates without these skills will not be considered.
• Location Requirements: Candidates must be able to work in McKinney, TX.
• Schedule: Day Shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in the operating room, neuro and orthopedic/spine experience, current BLS certification, proficiency with Meditech electronic medical record system.
• Additional Information: The call requirements would be about 10 days a month but up to 15; this call schedule applies specifically to cardiovascular positions.
• Float: Float rotation may be required, depending on unit needs.
