An Intensive Care Unit Cardiovascular (ICU OH) Nurse is needed in a critical care setting specializing in heart failure management. The position involves caring for patients with Acute Heart Failure leading to heart transplants and Left Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD) support, with frequent use of IMPELLA and Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) devices.
