Job Summary:
Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) position in Rancho Cordova, California. This role involves providing hospice care to patients in their homes or facilities within the greater Sacramento area. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The position requires a minimum of two years of hospice experience and involves working rotating weekends and minor holidays.

Job Details:

• Location: Rancho Cordova, California
• Shift Time: 08:30 AM 05:00 PM
• Schedule: 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: BLS (American Heart Association) certification; minimum of 2 years of hospice experience, active license to submit, and at least 1 year of hospice experience in the last 12 months; must have experience with the Home Care Home Base electronic health record system.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Candidates may not have been directly employed (full time, part time, or PRN) by any facility associated with the organization within the past year. Profiles are sent directly to the unit, requiring two supervisor references from the modality submitting to (charge accepted) at submission; one reference within 12 months and another within three years worked. Mileage is not billable, but rates have been adjusted higher to account for this. The hospital can cancel up to four shifts per 13-week assignment, or three shifts for shorter assignments. Staff are expected to work all minor holidays and two major holidays.
