Job Summary:
A Medical Surgical Floor (MS) Registered Nurse position is available in Franklin, Wisconsin. The role involves providing patient care on a medical surgical unit, adhering to facility policies and procedures. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Franklin, Wisconsin
• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid healthcare professional license; at least 2 years of experience in a medical surgical setting; experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) using EPIC system; prior travel experience; NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification; ability to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed; current ACLS certification.
• Additional Information: Facility fixed notes specify NIH required, ACLS preferred; EOW, EOH; at least 2 years experience, EPIC, prior travel experience; may need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed.
