Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a specialty in Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) for a position located in Lewiston, Maine. This role involves providing specialized care to adult and geriatric patients within a fast-paced intermediate care setting. Candidates are expected to bring their nursing license on the first day of employment.
Job Details:
- Location: Lewiston, Maine
- Shift: Days, 12-hour shifts
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
- Start Date: 07/08/2026
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, at least 2 years of nursing experience, more than 1 year recent CVICU experience, ACLS certification, BLS certification, NIH certification, and experience with Epic electronic health record system.
- Preferred Qualifications: CCRN certification, open heart training preferred.
- Float: Float rotation may be required, including coverage in ICU, Medical Surgery (MS), Telemetry (Tele), and Emergency Room (ER).
- Additional Information: No local candidates; must be flexible to float where needed.
