Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to work on a 41-bed Medical Telemetry Unit located in Salem, Massachusetts. This position involves providing specialized cardiac monitoring and care to a diverse patient population including cardiac, respiratory, metabolic, psych, substance use disorder, genitourinary, and gastrointestinal cases. Candidates are required to bring their Massachusetts Registered Nurse license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Shift: Rotating shifts; Days (rotate between 7:00 AM 7:00 PM, 11:00 AM 11:00 PM, and 7:00 PM 7:00 AM), with night positions being straight nights.
• Required Qualifications: Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license, AHA Certified Basic Life Support (BLS). A minimum of 2 years of recent experience working in one location and 2 years as a healthcare traveler.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in cardiac telemetry, interpreting tele strips, managing cardiac drips, TR Bands, and Hi-Flow Oxygen therapy. Prior experience with the electronic charting system EPIC.
• Float: Travelers are required to float to applicable units when needed.
• Clinician to Patient Ratio: Days: 1 to 4/5; Evenings & Nights: 1 to 5/6.
• Patient Population: Cardiac, Respiratory, Metabolic, Psych, Substance Use Disorder, Genitourinary, Gastrointestinal.
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts; minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Start Date: 07/05/2026.
• Location: Salem, Massachusetts.
