Job Summary:
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (Cath Lab) Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in the city of Tupelo, Mississippi. This role involves working in a designated acute care unit for adult and geriatric patients, with a focus on vascular and cardiac procedures. Candidates must possess a Mississippi (MS) license or a compact license on file at the time of submission. The position requires candidates to bring their license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Specialty: Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL)
• Shift: 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, with weekend call and holiday coverage required
• Schedule: 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Mississippi (MS) license or compact license on file at the time of submission, minimum of 1 year of experience in cardiac or vascular care, prior travel experience preferred, current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications, and experience with wire and supplies in heart and vascular procedures.
• Additional Information: The unit operates with 4 staff per patient; the facility functions as a nurse scrubbing environment, rotating scrubbing duties with physicians. The patient population includes adults aged 18 and older, covering vascular and cardiac cases, excluding ECMO, LVAD/Temporary pacers, and intra-aortic balloon pump procedures. Weekend call and holiday shifts are required. Interviews and offers are being conducted via interview process.
