Job Summary:
A Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Long Term Care (LTC) is requested for a position in Springdale, Arkansas. The role involves ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, supervising nursing staff, and implementing individualized care plans. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. This position requires a commitment of at least 36 hours per week, with shifts lasting 12 hours each.
