The position for a Nurse Manager Home Health is based in Simi Valley, California. Job Details:

• Location: Simi Valley, California
• Shift Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday with rotating weekends; minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Acute care facility or home care experience preferred; Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required; Valid Driver's License (DL) and must be at least 21 years of age or older required; Current automobile insurance and a reliable automobile required; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required
• Additional Information: On call duties will be assigned based on location and agency operational needs. Incumbent is required to perform on call duties if assigned.
