Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for an Inpatient Rehabilitation position located in Ottumwa, Iowa. This role involves providing specialized care to adult and geriatric patient populations within an acute rehabilitation unit. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Ottumwa, IA
• Unit Type: Acute Rehabilitation
• Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Schedule: 36 hours guaranteed weekly, with options for up to 48 hours

• Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse license, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, 1-2 years of inpatient rehabilitation experience, at least 1 year of acute care experience, and recent experience with Meditech Electronic Health Record system.
• Preferred Qualifications: Travel experience is preferred but not required; experience in Medical Surgical (MedSurg) or Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) is advantageous.
• Additional Information:
  • Must possess at least one year of acute care experience.
  • Will need to have completed vaccinations for MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and TB within the last 12 months.
  • The position requires compliance with hospital and state-specific background checks, mandatory reporter certification for child and adult abuse, and a 10-panel drug screening including opiates.
