Job Summary:
An operating room registered nurse (RN) specializing in open heart procedures is needed in Denton, Texas. This position involves working in a cardiovascular operating room (CVOR) unit with a focus on circulatory duties related to heart surgeries. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Location: Denton, Texas

Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, experience in operating room settings, particularly with circulatory duties for heart surgeries, and flexibility to work day and night shifts.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Circulate Hearts procedures and familiarity with Meditech electronic medical records (EMR).
Schedule: Day Shift and Night Shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Additional Information: On-call requirement of two nights a week and one weekend a month. No floating requirements. The unit is a drama-free environment with a focus on staff tenure and experience, utilizing new equipment and technology to support cardiac procedures.
