Description
Job Summary:
A Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse position is available in Boulder, Colorado. This role involves providing specialized care for neonatal patients in an acute care setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.
Job Details:
- Location: Boulder, Colorado
- Shift: Nights, from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Education and certification requirements include a minimum of 2 years of experience, current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross (ARC), and a Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification. A valid license to practice as a registered nurse is required for submission.
- Preferred Qualifications: Willingness and ability to perform mother-baby duties, including caring for couplets.
- Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours weekly
- Additional Information: Candidates must be comfortable with taking care of mother-baby units and couplets. The cancellation policy requires one shift per two-week period.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
