Description
Job Summary
San Francisco, CA Registered Nurse, Labor and Delivery (L&D). The organization is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care in the Labor and Delivery unit, supporting routine and high-acuity obstetrical cases. Candidates must bring their license on the first day.
Job Details
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts; minimum 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license (in hand); Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); AWHONN Intermediate and AWHONN Advanced; National (NRP) required certification (NRP); at least 3 years of Intermediate Labor and Delivery RN experience, including at least 1 year of recent experience; ability to circulate Cesarean (C-section) procedures; ability to float to other healthcare facilities as needed; willingness to work every other weekend; completed references in hand at time of submission (2 references from the most recent employer).
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous travel assignment experience.
- Additional Information: Staffing follows AWHONN guidelines. Floating to other units or facilities may occur during the assignment.
